How to Define Organizational Capability
This summer HR Sci had the opportunity to chat with Mindy Honcoop, of Agile in HR about how to define, develop and enhance organizational capabilities.
“Organizational Capability is the result of investing equally into three pillars: People, Process, and Systems. The intersection of those three pillars is employee resilience and adaptability. The people pillar is anemic. I often talk about how I use Human-Centered Design as a framework to refocus on how to refill PEOPLE with the iron needed for organizations to thrive.” - Mindy
